Project Overview: Townline Development submitted a Rezoning and Development Permit application to construct a 20 story rental building consisting of ground-floor commercial uses and approximately 197 rental units above, with five units secured as affordable.
Project Update: As of October 17th, 2024, Townline Development is finalizing legal agreements and responding to the City’s building permit comments, with the project in its final stage before approval.
