The Existence Project workshop with neighbours of North Park

This workshop provides community members a chance to listen to a personal story and reflect on the compassion needed to inspire change.

Housing and Homelessness are polarizing issues, let’s talk about it.

NOTE: We have an attendee limit of 25 participants. Please let us know if you have to cancel prior to the session so we can extend an invite to the next person on the waitlist. A zoom link will be sent to attendees by email prior to the workshop.

Join this workshop presented by The Existence Project + Greater Victoria Acting Together in hearing the story of Cory Resilient, someone who has experienced homelessness, reflecting on social issues happening in your neighbourhood. Get some tangible next steps towards addressing housing solutions for your community. The format will begin with listening and move to questions and discussion closer to the end.

This workshop is for people who are looking to find:

    1. Understanding and compassion for the homeless experience
    2. Baseline knowledge of what’s working and what isn’t
    3. An opportunity to reflect on what needs to change
    4. A way forward for individuals and the group they represent to take action

We look forward to connecting with you!

Supported by a grant from the Canada Red Cross.
