On the second Saturday of every month, the NPNA and VIRCS will be hosting a garden (work) party at the Franklin Green Native Plant Garden!

Time: 10am-12:00pm
Date: Second Saturday of the month

*drop ins are also welcome!*
At the monthly work parties we will spend time tidying up the garden, weeding, pruning, harvesting veggies and native plants, working on small projects, and occasionally planting and caring for new native plants and pollinators. There is a job for everyone regardless of your gardening knowledge!
Gardening tools, gardening gloves, snacks, and masks will be provided. No gardening experience is necessary! Kids of all ages are welcome! There is a playground right beside the garden, and a washroom in the adjoining building.
Join us to do some gardening, while making new friends!
The Victoria Immigrant and Refugee Centre Society (VIRCS) Welcome Garden and the NPNA are pairing up to take care of the Franklin Green Native Plant Garden (located in Franklin Green, behind Wellburns)
