Project Overview:

Townline Development has submitted a rezoning and development permit application for a 20-storey rental building. The proposal includes ground-floor commercial space and approximately 197 rental units, with five units secured as affordable.

Project Update:

The project is currently on hold due to financial considerations related to construction costs and fluctuating market conditions. Although the building and development permits are complete, they still need to be submitted for final approval. The timeline remains uncertain; however, demolition is tentatively anticipated no earlier than Winter 2026, marking a significant delay in the project schedule.
