Bubby’s Early Learning Childcare has submitted a Delegated Development Permit application to remove two parking stalls, reducing the parking from five stalls to three in order to accommodate an outdoor play area for the daycare.

Under the site’s existing zoning, the proposal may be permitted; however, it requires staff review against city policies and guidelines, as well as a decision by the Director of Planning. This information is being shared to keep the community informed and does not require public comment.
