1555 Vancouver Street (Warmland Cannabis)

Project Overview:

Warmland Cannabis submitted a rezoning application to permit an 820 sq. ft. cannabis retail store adjacent to the Save-On-Foods on Pandora Avenue. A CALUC meeting or public hearing is not required, as the application involves only a change in land use, not new construction, and aligns with the City of Victoria’s Official Community Plan (OCP).

Project Update:

The City has reviewed the application, and it is now with the applicant, Warmland Cannabis, for revisions as of June 12th, 2025.
