1110 Caledonia Avenue (Fernwood Neighbourhood)
Project Overview: The proposed development, located at the corner of Cook Street and Caledonia Avenue, aims to construct 11 residential units—6 two-bedroom units and 5 one-bedroom units—in two buildings adjacent to the Ukrainian Catholic Church.
Application Update: The NPNA was informed of this development by the Fernwood Neighbourhood Association, as it is located near the North Park border. The CALUC meeting was held on September 17th, and the plans have been uploaded to the development tracker
