Project Overview:

SOLID Outreach Society has submitted a rezoning application to allow the continued operation of the Cannabis Substitution Program. The application includes a covenant ensuring that cannabis distribution remains ancillary to harm reduction services and is not conducted for retail or profit purposes.

Project Update:

The rezoning application was reviewed by the city on August 13th and returned to the applicant on September 16th for revisions.
